Woodcut, 1925, edition unknown. 31 1/4 x 17 1/4 in. Signed and titled in pencil; inscribed "handdruck." This is a fine impression printed on a fibrous Japanese paper. The margins are full and the condition is fine. This is the artist's largest and best known print. Her editions were probably about 40-50 impressions. Reinberger and her family were friends with Josef Hoffmann, the important Austrian architect and designer. She specialized in blockprints and many of her works are in the Albertina, including this image. Other prints are currently available. Provenance: Private collection, Berlin.       SOLD
