Woodcut printed in colors, 1931, Chapman 21 (a of c), edition unknown. 11 1/2 x 9 1/2 in. Signed with the artist's estate stamp on the verso, lower right corner. This is a fine impression of this extremely rare print. The margins are somewhat narrow but this is most likely the original size sheet used at the time of printing. Excellent condition. "Chapman describes this print as having "no projected edition." The influence of Japanese printmaking is clearly in evidence here.      SOLD
