Woodcut printed in black and gray, 1930-1940s, edition unknown. 9 5/8 x 13 in. Signed in pencil. Here we have a fine impression printed on fibrous Japanese paper. The margins are full and the condition is excellent. Boon was a painter, watercolorist, draughtsman, woodcut artist as well as being an etcher. For some reason his work rarely turns up. He won numerous awards and medals for his work over the years.      $650
