Woodcut, circa 1925, edition 50. 11 3/8 x 10 in. Signed and titled in pencil. A fine impression in excellent condition. The margins are full. This work was published in the portfolio La Gravure Originale Belge in 1926. Brocas was an accomplished Belgian woodcut artist and he married Suzanne Cocq, also an artist, in 1919. His work is found in all the major print Collections in Belgium. The subject of this print is a very old military fort in Languedoc-Roussillon.      SOLD
