Etching, 1911, Hjert & Hjert 79 (ii/III), from a small edition. 11 3/4 x 8 5/8 in. Initialed in pencil, lower right. This is a fine impression printed on sturdy cream wove paper. The margins are wide and the condition is fine. This second state is described as "rare" and the third state was printed posthumously in 1983. The sitter is the wife of Edvard Alkman, an editor and art critic. The etching relates to an oil painting by Larsson with an identical composition.
